I wanted to let you know how very happy we were (and are!) with the cakes :)  The wedding cake was really everything I had hoped.  It just looked gorgeous!  And it tasted so good.  We're still snacking on it now.  My only regret was that I didn't get the lemon-apricot as one of the larger tiers, as it was a big hit that night.  :)   The grooms cake was fantastic too -- and such wonderful detail on it! I wish I had a photo of Erin's face at the moment she saw the ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL, and BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL WEDDING CAKE! Cindy, you are a creative genius. You conveyed nostalgia, romance and excitement in that astonishing concoction! AND you produced exactly what the bride desired without her even being able to decisively convey that to you. HOW DID YOU DO THAT? THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Oh by the way it was divinely delicious! Shame it had to be cut, but that did not occur until almost everyone in attendance commented on its beauty! Cindy, it was absolutely a joy to work with you and I sincerely appreciate your "everything" from the accommodation at the tasting with the extra chair, to your extreme patience with Erin and the hand holding of the Mother-of-the Bride! You  provide way more than expertise of craft! Please know that the obvious love, baked into that design and confection, were palpable to all of us.

Cindy, You did a cake for my daughter on April 17 at The Inn at Warner Hall. I want to tell you that it was absolutely beautiful and tasted even better! I enjoyed our tasting last summer (you said that you remembered that I brought my 'possee' with me!) - as did my friends. There is still a tiny bit left. My sister was here for a few days after the wedding and it was wonderful to have some 'leftovers'.  I had ordered a little more than we needed so we could enjoy some after things had calmed down.
